The concept of the album is centered around an alien parasite.

The parasite is the materialization of sexual-romantic fantasies and obsessions.

These have taken control of a human mind so strongly that they evolved into a parasitic outgrowth.

Its appearance is alien because it emanates from the otherworldly plain that breeds dreams, fantasies, desires and paranoia.

It is made of flesh because it emanates from a human mind and has a human body as a physical root.

333 tells the ablation of the tangle of torments and perceptive distortions that fantasies inflict on human beings.

Alternatively, it also represents the harvesting of a magical object that can be used to conduct potent self-transforming rituals.
